I’m an ICF accredited associate coach, with a passion for all the C’s… curiosity, challenge and creative change.  I love supporting people in discovering the pathways and (sometimes hidden, waiting to be re/discovered) ideas that help them set a course to living their lives to the fullest.  I’m a fully signed up supporter of ‘keeping it real’ and truly listening and   encouraging those ‘wow’ epiphanies with reality planning.  My clients would say that I hold a safe space that leaves people feeling better.

Personal Coaching

Group Coaching

Group coaching is where real growth meets a bit of organised chaos in the best possible way. It brings people together to swap stories, compare notes, and realise they’re not the only ones figuring things out as they go.

Sessions are energetic and full of those moments when someone says exactly what everyone else was secretly thinking. The group experiments with new ideas, supports each other through the tricky bits, and celebrates progress that suddenly feels a lot more doable when you’re not tackling it solo.

Group coaching helps teams and peer groups gain clarity, build momentum, and enjoy the surprising magic that happens when collective brainpower kicks in.

Well Being Coaching

Wellbeing coaching is a chance to slow the pace and really understand what helps you function at your best. Many people come in feeling stretched thin or overwhelmed, especially when juggling neurodiversity or ongoing mental health challenges. What they often discover is that small, well-chosen adjustments can create a surprisingly big shift in how they feel day to day.

In our sessions, we look at what supports you, what drains you, and what patterns keep showing up. We explore how your mind works, not how you think it should work, and build strategies that match your natural rhythms. The conversations are practical and energising, with room for honesty, humour, and the kind of clarity that only comes when you feel genuinely understood.
