I’m an accredited associate coach of 8 years, my practice shaped by the ideas and approaches collected over 29 years in social work, education, training and supervision. A world of experience and tacit knowledge with creative, out of the box approaches. I’m ‘Edgy, Old schooI’ and  skilled in creating impactful connections with those looking to navigate their next steps. I’ve extensive experience in developing and motivating teams and a knack for grasping the big picture essentials -  whilst valuing the detail that enables individuals to steer through the challenges of high pressured work environments and relational systems.  

Also… I’m a water lover, sea splasher, paddle boarder and trainee sailor, with free diving in my sights as the next challenge (yes I love sweaty palms!).
